Good Deal can help you with that process! We will first meet to discuss your needs and available options. Upon making an agreement and choosing a sale date, we will handle the set up, all advertising, and research related to the value and pricing of merchandise. Along with our staff, we will take the utmost care while conducting a sale at the property that is as successful and stress-free as can be. Following the sale, we will discuss options for a buyout, clean out, or donation of remaining property. Bruce and Jan will work with you to meet your wishes for the best possible outcome.
Fundraiser, Estate, Wholesale
Holding an auction can be the best way to raise funds for an organization or individual wishing to sell a variety of merchandise in a quick amount of time. Good Deal's owner/operator, Bruce Denerstein, has been a licensed auctioneer and business owner since 1999, and has owned and conducted many types of auctions throughout the central Florida area. Whether you are looking to liquidate the property of an individual, hold or attend a specialized auction, or raise funds for your organization or special project, Bruce has experience with it all. Good Deal Auctions currently holds a monthly fundraiser auction for the community of Marion Oaks, holds on site auctions to quickly liquidate estates with large quantities of merchandise, conducts fundraiser auctions at local churches, schools, and service organizations, and supplies a licensed and experienced auctioneer for local auction houses as needed. Good Deal will work with you to set goals, set up and stage merchandise, provide staff during the auction, and disperse funds and merchandise following the sale.
